Unfortunately, no. Coaching is not considered a medical or mental health service, so it is not covered by insurance. Because coaching focuses on skills, systems, and practical support (rather than diagnosis or treatment), sessions are private-pay only.

Executive functioning coaching is future-focused and practical. We work on day-to-day challenges like planning, follow-through, systems, and habits with an emphasis on experimentation and skill-building rather than clinical treatment.
While I am also a licensed therapist, participation in coaching services does not establish a therapeutic relationship. Coaching is not psychotherapy, does not involve diagnosis or treatment of mental health conditions, and is not a substitute for therapy.
If you are currently in therapy, coaching can complement that work by supporting the practical, executive-functioning side of daily life. If at any point your needs would be better served by therapy, I’ll be transparent about that and help you think through next steps.

Absolutely. Coaching is provided virtually and is not limited by state licensure. This means we can work together regardless of where you’re located!
