What is Executive Function Coaching?
Executive function coaching focuses on strengthening self-management skills that make everyday responsibilities feel more manageable. Through collaborative problem-solving, scaffolding (providing structured support that is gradually reduced as skills build) and practical strategy-building, I work alongside you to help you understand how your unique brain processes tasks, time, and information.
Together, we will develop flexible tools like breaking tasks into realistic steps, prioritizing in a way that aligns with your values, and organizing work in systems that actually stick. Executive function coaching is about discovering how you learn best and creating sustainable ways to follow through, build independence, and feel less stuck over time.
